This Agreement ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding contract between the user ("User", "you") and the platform ("Company", "we", "us"). By registering, accessing, or using the platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Acceptance
By using this platform, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement under applicable laws. Continued use of the platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and any future amendments.
2. Nature of Services
The platform provides a structured digital task-based system designed for user engagement and performance-based activity tracking. All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any guarantees of uninterrupted operation or specific financial outcomes.
3. Task System & Cycle Rules
The platform operates on a strict 24-hour task cycle mechanism. Each user's cycle is individually assigned based on the timestamp of their first recorded task activity. Once initiated, the system automatically locks the user into a 24-hour interval cycle, and subsequent task availability will be released strictly after the completion of each cycle, at the exact corresponding time. The Company reserves full authority over the operation, modification, or recalibration of the task system without prior notice.
4. Earnings & Payments
All earnings are strictly performance-based and dependent on user task completion and system-defined parameters. No fixed income, profit guarantee, or financial return is promised or implied. The Company reserves the right to modify earning structures, reward rates, and distribution mechanisms at any time.
5. Referral System (Optional)
Any referral-based rewards are supplementary and contingent upon verified activity and system validation. The Company holds the right to withhold or cancel referral rewards in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or policy violation.
6. User Conduct & Compliance
Users agree not to:
- Manipulate, exploit, or interfere with system functionality
- Create multiple accounts or engage in fraudulent activity
- Attempt unauthorized access to system data or processes
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access without notice.
7. Suspension & Termination
The Company reserves the absolute right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, particularly in cases of policy violation, suspicious activity, or system abuse.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial loss, data loss, or system downtime.
9. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Agreement
This document represents the complete agreement between the User and the Company regarding platform usage and supersedes any prior communication or representations.
11. Final Acceptance
By using this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and legally agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
